How quickly will I get a response?
We typically respond to WhatsApp messages within a few hours during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM PKT, Monday through Saturday). Email responses may take up to 24 hours.
I found a bug in one of the tools. How do I report it?
We appreciate bug reports! Please message us on WhatsApp or email with the tool name, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are always helpful.
Can I request a new tool?
Absolutely. We build tools based on community demand. If you have an idea for a calculator, converter, or utility that would help you (and others), let us know. Many of our current tools were built from user suggestions.
Do you offer custom tool development?
Yes, we occasionally take on custom projects for businesses that need specialized calculators or internal tools. Reach out via email with your requirements and we'll discuss pricing and timelines.
Is my data safe?
All our tools run entirely in your browser. We don't collect, store, or transmit your data to any server. Your calculations and inputs stay on your device. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
